Edvard Moser and May-Britt Moser lead the Kavli Institute for Systems Neuroscience in Trondheim, Norway. In 2014 they received the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine.

Weijian Zong is a researcher at the Kavli Institute for Systems neuroscience where his main research interests are bio-imaging, neuroscience, neuronal computation.

The Mini2P is a 2-photon miniscope for large-scale calcium imaging in freely moving mice. It enables stable simultaneous recordings of over a thousand cells across multiple planes of densely active cortical regions during a wide range of behavioral tasks without affecting the animal's behavior.

EXPERIMENTAL CAPABILITIES

The Mini2P Spacers enable adjustment of the distance between the Mini2P scope and tissue even after cementing the headbar and baseplate. These thin, flat discs can be stacked for precise distance adjustments.
