The Data Acquisition (DAQ V3.2) system connects to a MT9V032 CMOS Digital Image Sensor (or compatible) for data acquisition and sensor control. This imaging sensor is used in the V3 UCLA Miniscope. The DAQ connects to the PC via a USB 3.0 cable. It enumerates as a generic webcam using the USB Video Class (UVC) device protocol. Two extra digital I/O ports can synchronize external equipment.
The LabMaker DAQ system comes in a solid, black coated aluminum case that is unbreakable. This milled from the block case shields from electromagnetic interference. It is fully tested with all V3 firmware installed. To use it with the V3 Miniscope the UCLA data acquisition software must be installed on your PC.
In case of requirement of power supply for DAQ system, it can be purchased separately here.
