Lies Zandberg and Robert Lachlan are at the Department of Psychology, Royal Holloway, University of London. Their Cultural Evolution and Communication research group works on communication, bioacoustics, culture and evolution with a focus on bird song. With their tool development research they aim to enable academics, naturalists, and biodiversity surveyors to obtain directional and high-quality acoustic recordings. They push algorithms and circuits to enhance the richness and accuracy of bioacoustics analyses.
